Tim Rankin

Tim Rankin has more than three decades of experience in financial services, accounting, operations and information technology, which he gained while serving as an advisor to the owners of closely held businesses.

Tim has worked closely with clients in a broad range of industries, including the manufacturing and service sectors. This experience has provided significant insight regarding operations and risk management best practices, which are essential when assessing and ensuring the maintenance of a proper control environment for our advisory clients. As a Certified Treasury Professional, Tim has a strong working knowledge of the technology and tools available in this area, as well as when and how to deploy them effectively.

He also has extensive experience in succession planning, business acquisitions and assisting with the structure and financing of partner buyouts.

Tim and his wife Laura keep busy raising their four school age children in Bay Village. He serves the community in a variety of volunteer positions, including board member and treasurer for The Community Service Alliance, a non-profit dedicated to helping Cleveland area men who are establishing a permanent residence. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration.
