Chris Labas

Chris Labas has more than 15 years of experience in financial and tax accounting in a broad range of industries, including fiduciary, financial services and manufacturing. He has worked with international, federal, state and local tax. Most recently, Chris worked in the family wealth group for a regional bank within the Trust Tax Department. He advanced his expertise as he worked with clients on a personal level developing tax planning and fielding questions about their overall wealth.

Chris has a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in accounting from The University of Connecticut. Additionally, he has a master’s degree in taxation from The University of Akron. Chris earned his CPA certificate in 2000, and he’s member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Chris and his wife Lori have raised four active children in Brecksville. He has served their community in many ways, including working as treasurer of the Bees Athletic Boosters for four years and coaching youth sports for 11 seasons. He enjoys following college football and the NFL, and taking care of his aquariums.
