• Engaged by start-up business to consult on the preparation of SBA loan package.
• Provide senior citizen services including bill paying, banking, investment facilitation with advisors, and liaison with out-of-state family.
• Consult over-leveraged client to reduce their scope of operations in order to return to a positive cash flow and profitability.
• Perform strategic planning activities with clients including conducting strategy session with key management personnel, developing the formal plan, implementing the plan, along with holding semi-annual follow-up meetings to monitor progress and to change direction as necessary.
• Assist owner to locate, interview, and implement new corporate banking relationship.
• Provide proactive year-end cash flow and tax planning strategies for multiple closely-held corporations to maximize their return on investment and minimize taxes without jeopardizing working capital.
• Consult real estate development company personnel on start up of general contracting business including establishing internal accounting systems, training accounting personnel and working with CFO and general manager on various aspects of managing the new division. Referred in by their surety agent as an industry expert.
• Divorce litigation support provided to counsel to determine 10-year prospective analysis on estranged spouse's potential income sources and expenses in order to arrive at an agreeable settlement for both parties.
