Tim McManamon has spent over 35 years in public accounting serving individuals and closely-held businesses. He is active in all areas of his client accounts. He also serves as a consultant, valuation specialist and advisor to businesses and individual clients, in such areas as audit, tax, pension, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, business management and strategic planning.
Mr. McManamon is also an Accredited Business Valuator (ABV) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). His valuation expertise covers several industries including, but not limited to, manufacturing, construction, health care, professional services and retail. Mr. McManamon's valuations and advice has been used for numerous purposes including estate and gift tax, purchase and sale of businesses, buy/sell agreements, and litigation, among other things.
His litigation support and business valuation practice covers a broad range of industries, including construction, service-related, manufacturing, health care, and distribution. Mr. McManamon has provided expert testimony when called upon to do so.
Mr. McManamon has also worked with individuals and privately owned businesses of all types. Among other things, he acts as a financial reporting and tax consultant, a tax advisor on complex transactions, as well as a management advisor, frequently working with individuals on matters of tax strategies, construction claims, financial and business planning. He has been a trusted advisor called upon numerous times to consult and negotiate purchases and sales of privately-held businesses.
Mr. McManamon is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), the Greater Cleveland Growth Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Kevin M. Krantz, CPA, MT

Kevin's expertise is centered on our core competencies; individual and business tax, with special expertise in the qualified retirement plan design and tax law area. He works in all areas of tax including research, compliance, planning and audit representation, cost segregation studies, and business research credits.
In addition to our client's tax practice matters, Kevin will deliver general business advice to our client base covering operational structure, internal controls, profitability analysis and also will be involved in litigation support activities to the legal community.
Kevin's typical business client has up to $50 million in sales and is closely held. He works in varied industries including manufacturing, construction, distribution and professional services.
Kevin frequently lectures around the country, sharing his expertise on various tax topics with other tax professionals. He received his bachelors' degree in accounting and masters' degree in taxation from the University of Akron. He currently serves on the alumni advisory board to the University's college of business. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jeff's expertise is in the planning, preparation and review of fraud & forensic engagements and economic damage analyses & calculations, reviewing the work product and/or reports of other experts, and other litigation support services such as fraud deterrence, and bankruptcy and insolvency related matters, including the management of Receivership and Trustee estates and serving as a Creditor's Committee Representative. Fraud and forensic analyses have been prepared in litigation matters, due diligence situations, and in bankruptcy/insolvency matters. Economic damages analyses and reports have been prepared for the purposes of breach of contract, wrongful death, wrongful termination, and for other litigation.
His accounting and auditing experience includes all aspects of audit, review and compilation engagements, including the supervision of professional staff in the planning and administration of field work and management of key client relationships in various industries including construction, small business, manufacturing, real estate (HUD) and not-for-profit. Jeff has extensive experience consulting with privately held businesses on issues related to profitability and tax planning and compliance.
Jeff's Corporate experience includes maintaining corporate accounting system and related internal controls, preparation of monthly financial statements, preparation of monthly/annual tax filings, supervision of accounting department, handle human resource functions.
He received his bachelors' degree in business administration from Miami University.
He is a current member of the Ohio Society of CPAs; the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Construction Financial Management Association.
